Good light, a clear subject and decent resolution. Wide views of a hole or course work beautifully, but so do clubhouse scenes and trip photos. If we don't think a photo will make strong artwork, we'll tell you before anything starts.

Yes — most of our artwork starts from phone photos. Send the original file rather than a screenshot or a photo saved from social media, which loses quality.

Often, yes — the artwork process can compensate for flat light or minor flaws. Very blurry or tiny images may not work, and we'll let you know honestly.

Yes. Tell us in the notes what you'd like removed and we'll take care of it during creation.

Yes, in most styles — a lone golfer on the fairway can look wonderful. Recognisable portraits are harder in some styles; we'll advise per photo.

Yes. Course name, hole number, par and distance, a date, or a short line of your own. The order form asks for exact spelling — we print exactly what you provide. Text suits some styles more than others; we’ll advise.

Choose “not sure — please recommend” on the order form. We'll look at your photo and suggest the strongest direction.

Yes. You receive a proof before anything is final, and reasonable revisions are part of the process.

A high-resolution, print-ready file (JPEG, PNG or print PDF as agreed) via a secure private download link — never a giant email attachment.

Absolutely. The file is sized for quality printing at any print shop. We include simple printing guidance with your delivery.

Printing, yes — premium A3 (A$249) and A2 (A$329) prints on quality stock, delivered, both including the digital file. Framing isn’t offered yet, but every file is sized for easy framing locally.

Typically 5–10 business days from photo approval to proof, depending on the queue. Need it by a date? Tell us on the order form.

You need to have taken the photo yourself or have the photographer's permission. You confirm this when you order.

The digital artwork file is A$149, or A$179 with a caption. Premium prints, delivered, including the digital file: A3 from A$209 (A$249 with caption), A2 from A$279 (A$329 with caption). Sets of the same style ordered together are discounted — 10% off for 2 pieces, 15% for 3, 20% for 4 or more. Variations of an existing artwork start from A$25, and extra charges may apply for additional edits — always quoted first. Your exact quote is confirmed after we review your photo.

Usually not — most gallery pieces were created from customers' own photos and belong to them; they've kindly allowed us to display them. A small number are our own and available as prints, so if one has caught your eye, ask us and we'll let you know. Better still: the same course, in the same style, can be made from your photo — and then it's truly yours.

Golf is our home turf, but not exclusively. If you have another scene you’d love as artwork — a beach house, a favourite view, the family property — get in touch and we’ll tell you honestly whether it will work.

No. Golf Gallery 18 is not affiliated with or endorsed by any golf course. Artwork is created from your photo as a personal keepsake.

We'll tell you before any work begins and suggest alternatives — a different photo, crop or style. You're never charged for a photo that can't become good artwork.
