When you submit an enquiry or order we collect your name, contact details, order preferences and the photo(s) you upload. If you buy a gift voucher, we also collect the recipient’s name and, for emailed vouchers, their email address, and use them only to deliver the voucher. We also use standard website analytics.
To review your photo, create your artwork, communicate with you about your order, and deliver your files. We do not sell your information.
Uploaded photos are stored securely and used only to create your artwork. We do not display your photo or finished artwork publicly unless you opt in on the order form.
Order details and files are kept for as long as needed to deliver and support your order. You can ask us to delete your photos and details at any time by emailing info@golfgallery18.com.
We use trusted services for website hosting, form handling, file storage and payment processing. These providers process your data only to provide those services. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
